We have Good News & Bad News to announce!
It is with bitter sweet feelings that we have to announce our IRSSS 2406 Nanaimo Street Office location has closed its doors for good as of May 31st, 2017.
We have had so many great memories and so much success helping Survivors within the community during our occupation at that location!
The work is not done, of course! We are currently seeking out a new location -- So Stay Tuned!!
Please feel free to share a memory or comment your thoughts/experience with a time you visited this Office location!

Good Afternoon Ladies & Gentlemen
Times get busy but we are back to the Medicine Wheel discussion!
It is the end of the week but we would like to start off the weekend with filling your minds and hearts for the Spiritual part of the Medicine Wheel! 🙂
What is it that you do on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis for your spirit?
Whether you smudge, pray, go for a walk, sit in a sweat lodge, hike a mountain, hang out with friends & family, and so on and so forth. There is countless ways to take care of that spirit of yours!
How often do you make the time to take care of your spirit?
Do you encourage others to do the same? Perhaps you ask them to join you on your venture 🙂
What are your thoughts on the Spiritual aspect of the Medicine Wheel?
When thinking about these questions, please feel free to share a story in the comments section 🙂

How do you maintain Emotional Health?
What do you do that makes you feel happy?
What day to day practices/routines do you follow in order to maintain your confidence?
What quote do you follow?
Which group/s do you attend?
When thinking about these questions, please feel free to write a little story in the comments.
