LOVE - Part of the 7 Sacred Teachings.
Have you ever just people watched and observe how we treat one another?
What I have witnessed over the last few days:
1. How men and women treat one another. Not in a healthy good way.
2. How we only worry about self.
3. How we talk to one another.
What LOVE, put very simply: Always act/behave with the intention of love. Love the creator. Love the Earth. Love yourself, your family, and your fellow human beings.
if we did this one ACT of the 7 sacred teachings we could accomplish lots:
1. Men and women won't mistreat one another to intentionally harm one another.
2. Our teachings has always been to share and take care of one another. How many young men and women go out hunting or fishing and share with Elders or those that need it. How many young men and women assist those that need a hand up by asking if you can mow someone yard, stack wood, carry groceries, or give up your seat for an Elder, Pregnant woman, injured man or woman? These are the teachings we are losing as time passes
3. We use words to hurt one another. Making others feel less than or bring them down is not what we did = we also were mindful of our words because those words represented our family past and present.
Practice this one part of the 7 sacred teachings for 30 days. Keep a journal and document your journey.
Describe your ACTS of Love.
How did the others react.
How did this make you feel.
At the end of the 30 days let me know if this all of a sudden became a part of your life rather than trying to remember to do this. Repetition makes it normal, natural and can change your life.
in 30 days we will do another 30 days of one of the sacred Teachings.
SHARE and lets make this normal and not the violence or unhealthy ways that have replaced our ancestors teachings.

Good Afternoon Ladies & Gentlemen
Times get busy but we are back to the Medicine Wheel discussion!
It is the end of the week but we would like to start off the weekend with filling your minds and hearts for the Spiritual part of the Medicine Wheel! 🙂
What is it that you do on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis for your spirit?
Whether you smudge, pray, go for a walk, sit in a sweat lodge, hike a mountain, hang out with friends & family, and so on and so forth. There is countless ways to take care of that spirit of yours!
How often do you make the time to take care of your spirit?
Do you encourage others to do the same? Perhaps you ask them to join you on your venture 🙂
What are your thoughts on the Spiritual aspect of the Medicine Wheel?
When thinking about these questions, please feel free to share a story in the comments section 🙂
